The Huawei B520s-93a, B525s-23a and B525s-65a are desktop 4G LTE Advanced (Cat6) CPE routers built on a HiSilicon Cat6 chipset, sharing the same platform with region-specific radio variants. All three deliver up to 300 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload via two-carrier aggregation, with dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi for up to 64 simultaneous clients. The main differences between models are the supported LTE band sets (regional variants) and the number of Gigabit Ethernet ports.
